Shirts

In most cases, we select shirt manufacturers by the quality they’re known for, and models for feel and softness of the shirt, even though our cost is higher. We like higher quality shirts, and we think you will too. We prioritize tri-blends because of how soft they are and well they hold their shape. And if the material is all or mostly cotton, we opt for ring-spun cotton for softness.

Adults and women

Our adult (unisex) shirts are Bella + Canvas model #3413, and our women’s shirts are Bella + Canvas model #8413. Both are tri-blend short sleeve t-shirts. The material is thin and lightweight, but super soft, and washes up well with minimal shrinkage. From the manufacturer:

  • 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton, 25% rayon.
  • 40 singles thread weight
  • Adult shirts: modern, retail fit
  • Women’s shirts: modern feminine (fitted) fit
Kids (youth)

For our kids shirts, we use Anvil model #990B, a 100% ring-spun cotton classic fit tee. The material is sturdy and gets softer with each wash. Expect about 1″ of shrinkage in both dimensions after the first wash. From the manufacturer:

  • 100% ring-spun cotton
  • Heather color shirts are 65% polyester, 35% ring-spun cotton
  • Heather gray shirts are 90% cotton, 10% polyester
  • 30 singles thread weight
  • Pre-shrunk jersey knit, tubular construction
  • Shoulder-to-shoulder tape and seamed collar
Girls

For our girls shirts, we use Next Level model #3710, a 100% ring-spun cotton fitted tee. Expect a bit more shrinkage, even though this shirt is pre-laundered from the manufacturer.

  • 100% combed ring-spun cotton
  • Heather gray shirts are 90% cotton, 10% polyester
  • Set-in 1×1 baby rib collar
  • Longer body length
  • This shirt has a slim and fitted width
